复方倍他米松治疗老年人原发性痛风急性发作临床疗效观察

目的观察复方倍他米松治疗老年人原发性痛风急性发作的临床疗效。方法治疗组26例,对照组23例,两组均口服双氯芬酸钠50mg,2次/d,治疗组在此基础上给予复方倍他米松1ml肌注1次,比较两组治疗后第3天、第7天、第14天的临床疗效及不良反应。结果①治疗后第3天、第7天治疗组的镇痛疗效评分、改良Western Ontario and Mcmaster Universities骨关节指数评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗期间,两组恶心、呕吐、腹痛或腹部不适、腹泻、大便隐血阳性发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗前后,两组生化指标中空腹血糖、血尿酸水平及肝肾功能均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方倍他米松联用非甾体类消炎药控制老年人原发性痛风急性发作起效快、镇痛效果强、受累关节活动功能恢复快,使用安全、简便。

The clinical efficacy of primary gout attack in the elderly treated by betamethasone compound

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of primary gout attack in the elderly treated by Betamethasone Compound.Methods There were 26 cases in treatment group and 23 cases in control group.The patients in two group were all received oral-Diclofenac Na(50mg Bid),the patients in treatment group received muscle injection Betamethasone Compound 1ml once.To compare the clicinal efficacy and side effects in 3d,7d,14d after treatment in two groups.Results ①The efficacy of alleviativing pain and improvement-WOMAC bone-joint evalution indexes in treatment group were higher than those in control group in 3d and 7d after therapy(P<0.05).②The occurrence rates of nausia、vomit、abdominal pain or disorder、diarrhea、stool occult positive in two groups were no significant during treatment period(P>0.05).③The biochemical indexes including fast plasma glucose、plasma urea acid and hepatic-kidney function in two groups were no significant difference before and after therapy(P>0.05).Conclusions Betamethasone combited with NSAIO can alleviate quickly joint pain caused by gout attach and improve joint function in patients with primary gout.
