非小细胞肺癌患者血清游离氨基酸含量变化的研究

目的　探讨非小细胞肺癌患者氨基酸代谢变化的特征 ,为非小细胞肺癌患者氨基酸代谢失衡的治疗提供理论依据。方法　采用日立 835 5 0型氨基酸自动分析仪 ,检测 6 3例非小细胞肺癌患者及 6 3例健康人血清中 19种游离氨基酸的含量。结果　 6 3例非小细胞肺癌患者血清总游离氨基酸有明显降低趋势 (P<0 0 5 ) ,支链氨基酸和必需氨基酸偏低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,色氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸减少非常显著 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸升高明显 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　非小细胞肺癌患者血清游离氨基酸谱有特征性变化 ,可视为非小细胞肺癌氨基酸代谢紊乱的一种反映

Research on the changes of free amino acid concentration in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the characteristic alterations of amino acid metabolism in the patients with non-small cell lung cancer and provide theoretic evidence of the amino acid imbalance treatment to non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The content of the 19 kinds of the serum free amino acids was examined in 63 patients' group and 63 normal controls with the Hitachi 835-50 amino acid analyzer and compared the datas.Results Contents of serum free amino acid in 63 patients with non-small cell lung cancer showed decreasing trend.Compared with the normal group(P<0.05),the branch amino acids and necessary amino acids were in low content level(P<0.05),tryptophan,histidine,arginine and threonine decreased significantly(P<0.001),but aspartic acid,glutamic acid and alamine increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The study suggests that the spectrum of the serum free amino acid of patients with non-small cell lung cancer have characteristic changehe,that are considered as the reflaction of the foul-up of the metabolism of the non-small cell lung cancer.
