| 摘 要： | 慢性便秘是全球性问题,老年人因其体弱多病、机体老化、独居等因素使其发病率高于其他年龄阶段人群,精神心理因素是其中一个重要因素。本文阐述了快速识别便秘患者是否合并精神心理障碍的重要性,快速识别并及时治疗,对改善患者症状,提高生活质量具有重要意义。
