| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肝硬变合并胆翼病变的发病率及发病机制。方法 对 １５０例肝硬变病人进行胆囊研究。结果 胆囊正常者仅占３８．６７％，胆囊异常者占６１．３３％，胆囊壁增厚占３１．３３％，胆囊肿大占４．００％，胆囊萎缩占 ３． ３３％，胆囊收缩功能减 退占 １．３３％；胆囊结石 ８７．５ ％发生于肝硬变失代偿期病人，７４ ．１９％的胆结石病例伴有脾功能亢进。结论 肝硬变并发胆囊病变发生率超过 ６１％，值得临床重视．

| Abstract: | Objective To study the incidence and pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis incorporated with cholecyst pathological changes. Methods We studied the cholecysts of 150 patients with liver cirrhosis. Results There was normal cholecysts in 38.67% of cases and abnormal cholecysts in 61 . 33% of cases. Cholecyst wall incrassation ac-counted for 31. 33% . Cholecyst intumescence accounted for 4. 00% . Cholecyst atrophy accounted for 3. 33% . Chole-cyst contractive function letdown accounted for 1. 33% .87 5% gallbladder stone occured inpatients with decompen-sated liver cirrhosis. 74. 19% cases of gallstone incorporated with hyperspenia. Conclusion Our data indicates that thc incidence of cirrhosis with cholecyst pathological changes excess 61 % |
