| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症病人行三维多功能床快速牵引的护理。方法 :对行牵引治疗的 16 0例腰椎间盘突出症病人进行了连续护理和跟踪随访。结果 :根据Macnab疗法评价 ,优良率达 92 .5 %。结论 :全程护理可消除病人的恐惧、焦虑及不安的心理 ,增加病人治病的信心 ,且疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: to probe into the nursing care of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc undergoing rapid traction via three-dimensional multiple-function table. Method: continuous nursing care and follow-up were performed in a total of 160 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc undergoing traction. Result: based on Macnab treatment evaluation, superior therapeutic effectiveness of all patients accounted for 92.5%. Conclusion: course nursing of patients could clear up their panic, anxiety, and unrest. It could also enhance their confidence to cure the illness and have satisfactory therapeutic effectiveness. |
