| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中药辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法]将60例病人随机分为两组。治疗组30例给予中药内服加灌肠。对照组30例给予左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑静脉输注加局部微波照射,10d为1个疗程。结果]治疗组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率83.3%。结论]中药内服加灌肠可提高慢性盆腔炎治疗效果。
