16所地市级医院护理人员护理科研现状及需求的调查

目的 ]了解地市级医院护理人员开展护理科研现状及对护理科研方面的需求。 方法 ]采用问卷法对 16所地市级医院 3 88名护理人员进行调查。 结果 ]护理人员普遍有开展护理科研的愿望 ,对开办护理科研培训班的需求很高 ,而且低职称护理人员的愿望及需求表现更为强烈 ;职称越高者对科研知识的学习及掌握越多 ,而且高职称者开展科研工作、发表论文数量比低职称者明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ;护理人员开展护理科研的困难主要是缺乏科研设计和选题的能力。 结论 ]应更新地市级医院护理人员知识结构 ,提高护理人员科研能力和科研意识 ,改善护理科研基础条件 ,重视信息在科研中的作用 ,加强护理科研培训、指导和管理。

A survey of current nursing scientific research states and demands of nurses from 16 hospitals of city levels

Objective: to know the status quo of nursing scientific research of nursing staff in city level conducted and their demands for nursing scientific research. Method: a total of 388 nursing staffs from 16 local hospitals were investigated by filling out questionnaires. Result: it showed that generally nursing staffs have the desire to do nursing research and participate in training class for scientific nursing research. The lower the professional title is, the stronger desire the nursing staffs have to do nursing research and attending training class. Nursing staffs have higher job titles learned more and mastered well of scientific knowledge. The number of unfolded scientific work and published articles of nursing staff with high job title were higher obviously than that of those with lower professional title (P<0.01). The main difficulties the nursing staffs faced when unfolding scientific research are lack of ability to do scientific design and scientific topic selection. Conclusion: it is necessary to refresh the knowledge structure for nursing staff of cities of prefecture level, to raise their scientific ability and scientific consciousness, to improve the basic conditions of scientific research, to pay attention to the role of information played in scientific research, and to strengthen the training, guiding and management of nursing scientific research.
