老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人希望水平与应对方式的相关性研究

目的]探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病人希望水平与应对方式的相关性.方法]应用医学应对问卷（MCMQ）和Herth希望量表（HHI）对我院呼吸内科73例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人进行调查.结果]希望水平总分与面对应对方式呈正相关（r=0.530,P＜0.01）,与屈服呈负相关（r=-0.678,P＜0.01）;希望水平中的“与他人的亲密关系”与回避呈负相关（r=-0.337,P＜0.01）.结论]希望水平可影响老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人的疾病应对方式,应将提高病人的希望水平作为临床工作的重点,以使病人采取积极的应对方式.

Study on correlation between hope level of old patients with COPD and coping style

Objective：To probe into the correlation between the hope level and coping style in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods：The Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ） and Herth Hope Index （HHI） were used for a survey on 73 old patients with COPD in department of respiratory medicine.Results：The total score of the hope level was correlated positively with confronting（r=0.530,P＜0.01）,but negatively correlated with yield（r=-0.678,P＜0.01）.The ＂intimate relationship with others＂in the hope level was correlated negatively with avoiding（r=-0.337,P＜0.01）.Conclusion：The hope level can significantly affect the disease coping style of elderly patient with COPD.To improve the patients＇ hope level should be as the focus of clinical work,so as to encourage patients to take an positive coping style.
