河北省注册护士核心能力现状调查

目的]了解河北省三级甲等综合性医院临床注册护士核心能力现状及特点,为护理管理者提高临床护士核心能力、推动医院护理工作的开展提供参考依据.方法]采用《中国注册护士核心能力量表》（CIRN）对河北省6所三级甲等综合性医院中951名注册护士进行调查.结果]临床注册护士的核心能力总分为（157.23±28.19）分,各维度得分从高到低依次为：法律/伦理实践能力、领导能力、人际关系能力、临床护理能力、专业发展能力、教育/咨询能力和评判性思维/科研能力.结论]河北省三级甲等综合性医院注册护士核心能力处于中等水平,能够胜任当前临床护理工作,仍需进一步提高.

Survey of status quo of core competence of registered nurses （R.N.） in Hebei province

Objective：To know about status quo and characteristics of core competence of clinical registered nurses in three grade A general hospitals in Hebei province,so as to provide references for nursing managers enhancing core competence of clinical nurses,promoting the hospital nursing work.Methods：A total of 951 registered nurses in three grade A general hospitals in Hebei province were investigated by using ＂China Registered Nurse Core Competence Scale＂（CIRN）.Results：The total score of core competencies of clinical registered nurses was （157.23 ±28.19）,each dimension scores in deslending order were legal/ethical practical abilit,leadership ability interpersonal skills,clinical nursing ability,professional development capacity,education/counseling skills and critical thinking/research capabilities.Conclusion：The core competence of registered nurses （R.N.） in three grade A general hospitals in Hebei province was in the middle level,the registered nurses can qualify the current clinical nursing work,but still need to be further improved.
