| 摘 要： | 三级甲等医院护理工作突出特征为工作节奏快、医疗任务重、连续工作时间长、注意力高度集中、白班和夜班频繁轮转1-3],久而久之容易破坏人体内源性生物钟节律,引起心理负荷过重、身体疲乏、情绪低落、失眠以及导致功能性胃肠疾患(Functional gastrointestinal diseases,FGIDs)发病.迄今为止国内有关护士群体FGIDs患病现况报道较少,我院是所三级甲等医院,因此对我院护士进行了初步调查研究,现将结果报告如下.
