摘    要:目的]了解临床护理人员对三级甲等医院护理人员等级划分的认识。方法]采用定性研究半结构式访谈方法,对某三级甲等医院5名护理专家和9名一线护士进行个人深入访谈。结果]护理人员对等级体系具体内容了解不够,对等级划分的框架、依据,以及各级护士工作内容等相关问题存在不同的认识。结论]临床护理人员等级划分的质性研究可为合理构建临床护理人员等级体系提供有力的实践指导。

Qualitative investigation on grade partition of nursing staffs in a third-grade class-A hospital in Shanghai city

Abstract:Ohiective: To know about the recognition of clinical nursing staffs on grade partition of nursing staffs in a third - grade class - A hospital. Methods: By adopting qualitative investigation half - structure interview, 5 nursing specialists and 9 first - line nurses from a third - grade class - A hos- pital of Shanghai city were interviewed deeply. Results: The understanding of nursing staffs on concrete content of grade system was not enough. They had different cognitions on framework and evidence of grade partition, and related questions of work content of nurses of each grade level. Conclusion: Qualitative investigation on grade partition of clinical nursing staffs can provide good practical guide for constructing grade system of clinical nursing staffs.
