慢性HBV感染孕妇早期妊娠压力的调查分析

目的]了解慢性HBV感染孕妇早期妊娠压力水平,探讨引起慢性HBV感染孕妇早期妊娠压力的主要压力源。方法]采用妊振压力量表对120例慢性HBV感染孕妇进行问卷调查。结果]慢性HBV感染孕妇孕早期妊娠压力处于轻中度水平,为确保母子健康和安全而引发的压力感是引起孕早期妊娠压力最重要的压力源。结论]医护人员应重视慢性HBV感染孕妇早期妊娠压力,根据其压力源尽早给予针对性的护理,以确保母婴健康。

Survey and analysis of early maternal stress of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection

Objective:To know about the early maternal stress level of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection and probe into the main stressors caused it.Methods:The convenience sampling was used and a total of 120 pregnant women with chronic HBV infection were investigated with questionnaire by using pregnant stress scale.Results:Early maternal stress of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection was at the mild-to-moderate level,the pressure caused by ensuring that the mother and child health and safety was the most important stressor.Conclusion:Medical staff should think highly of early maternal stress of pregnant women with chronic HBV infection,according to its stressors as early as possible to give corresponding nursing,so as to ensure the mother and child healthy.
