| 摘 要： | 癌症相关性营养不良在癌症患儿中有着很高的发病率,它由肿瘤本身或者肿瘤治疗手段等多种原因引起,影响患儿的治疗和生活质量,甚至会导致患儿死亡。因此,医护人员应掌握常用的客观营养评估方法,采用有效的营养支持措施,减少癌症患儿的营养不良发生率及提高患儿生活质量。

| Abstract: | Cancer-associatde malnutrition in cancer children has a high incidence,and it was caused by the tumor itself or cancer treatment or other causes and influenced the treatment and quality of life of patients,even leaded to them died.Doctor-nurse staff should master the common objective nutritional assessment methods,and adopt the effective nutrition support measures for cancer children,so as to reduce the incidence of malnutrition in cancer children and improve their quality of life. |
