| 摘 要： | 为探讨对癌症病人自我护理指导的有效笥，将１６３例化疗病人分为指导组与对照组，指导组根据病人的自护能力制订指导计划，包括自我心理疏导、合理膳食指导及化疗毒副反应的自我观察和预防等。对照组采用常规护理。评估方法采用孙燕设计的肿瘤病人生活质量评分表进行评估。结果：指导组生活质量评分明显高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。提示自我护理指导可帮助化疗病人减轻化疗毒副反应，提高病人生活质量。

| Abstract: | To probe into the effectiveness of the instruction to self-nursing of the cancer patients, 163 cases who had accepted chemotherapy were divided into test and control groups. Instruction plans were made for patients in test group according to their self-nursing ability. The plans included self-psychology-dredge of patients, reasonable diet instruction, self-observation and prevention of the side effect caused by chemotherapy. Patients in control group were given routine nursing. All patients evaluated with Tumor Patient Life Quality Scale designed by Sunyan. Results showed that life quality score was significantly higher in test group than that in control group (P<0.01). Denoted that self-nursing instruction may alleviate the side effect caused by chemotherapy and may also improve life quality of patients. |
