老年抑郁状态与家庭功能的多元逐步回归分析

目的]探讨老年抑郁状态与家庭功能的关系。方法]随机抽取扬州市老年人313例,采用家庭APGAR问卷和老年抑郁量表(GDS)进行调查,采用多元逐步回归方法研究分析其抑郁状态与家庭功能的关系。结果]功能障碍家庭的老年人较功能良好家庭的老年人表现出明显的抑郁倾向;老年抑郁状态与家庭的融合度、情感度和合作度的关系显著相关。结论]家庭的亲密度、情感度和合作度对老年抑郁状态的影响最为显著。

Multiple stepwise regression analysis on elder depression state and family function

Objective: To probe into the relationship between elder depression state and family function. Methods: A total of 313 aged people in Yangzhou city were selected randomly,and they were investigated by filling out both family APGAR questionnaire and gerontal depression scale (GDS). The relationship between gerontal depression state and family function APGAR among all of them were analyzed by adopting multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: Aged people in family of functional disturbance showed more remarkable depression tendency than those in family of better function. Gerontal depression state was significantly correlated with degrees of fusion, familial affection and partnership of family.Conclusion: The most significant influencing factors on gerontal depression state of aged people are including resolve,affection and partnership of their family.
