信息化在超声"危急值"报告精准管理中的应用

目的探讨信息化在超声"危急值"报告精准管理中的应用价值。 方法2018年1月至2019年12月杭州师范大学附属医院超声科应用信息化对超声"危急值"报告进行精准管理,采用χ²检验对2年的超声"危急值"报告成功率、报告漏报率、随访率与报告符合率进行比较,对实施的效果进行评估。 结果2年实施情况比较,2018年、2019年我科报告成功率分别为90.5%（484/535）、98.6%（477/484）,漏报率9.5%（51/535）、1.4%（7/484）。随访率分别为89.2%（477/535）、97.1%（469/484）。报告符合率分别为96.1%（458/477）、98.3%（461/469）。对比分析报告成功率、漏报率、随访率、报告符合率均存在差异,差异均有统计学意义（χ²=30.955、30.955、24.449、4.746,P均<0.05）。实施后超声"危急值"报告制度落实较好。 结论信息化可以实现对超声"危急值"报告的精准管理,超声"危急值"报告信息化精准管理法有推广应用价值。

Application of informatization in accurate management of ultrasound "critical value" report

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of informatization in the accurate management of ultrasound "critical value" report. MethodsFrom January 2018 to December 2019, the Department of Ultrasound of the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University applied informatization to accurately manage the ultrasound "critical value" report. The χ² test was used to compare the successful report rate, missed report rate, follow-up rate, and report compliance rate of the ultrasound "critical value" over the past 2 years to evaluate the effect of informatization implementation. ResultsIn 2018 and 2019, the successful report rates were 90.5% (484/535) and 98.6% (477/484), the missed report rates were 9.5% (51/535) and 1.4% (7/484), the follow-up rates were 89.2% (477/535) and 97.1% (469/484), and the report compliance rates were 96.1% (458/477) and 98.3% (461/469), respectively. Comparative analysis showed that there were significantly differences in the successful report rate, missed report rate, follow-up rate, and report compliance rate between before and after the implementation of informatization (χ²=30.955, 30.955, 24.449, and 4.746, respectively; P<0.05). ConclusionInformatization can realize the precise management of ultrasound "critical value" report.
