哈萨克族健康体检人群尿酸与糖、脂代谢关系的研究

目的：分析哈萨克族健康体检人群尿酸与糖、脂代谢关系。方法收集2012年1月-12月哈萨克族健康体检人员的血液，检测其生化指标并进行统计分析。结果哈萨克族健康体检人群中高尿酸血症的检出率为10．5％，高胆固醇血症的检出率为13．9％、高甘油三酯血症的检出率为39．5％、高血糖的检出率为11．9％。哈萨克族男性和女性甘油三酯、尿酸、总胆固醇和空腹血糖水平以及高尿酸血症、高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、高血糖的检出率均表现出性别差别（P ＜0．05）。与其他民族不同哈萨克族女性甘油三酯水平和高甘油三酯血症的检出率差别均高于男性（P ＜0．05）。高尿酸组和正常人群组相比较，尿酸、糖脂代谢指标水平以及高尿酸血症、高脂血症、高血糖等代谢性疾病的检出率也均高于对照人群。结论受检人群尿酸和糖、脂代谢表现出性别差别和民族特点，而且受到尿酸代谢的影响，糖脂代谢指标也向对机体不利的方向发生变化，糖、脂代谢紊乱的发生率也增加。因此通过改变生活方式和膳食习惯及早控制尿酸水平和高尿酸血症的发病率，对于减少哈萨克族人群糖、脂代谢紊乱以及由其引发的心脑血管疾病和糖尿病的发生具有重要的意义。

Study the relationship of uric acid and blood sugar and lipid metabolism parameters in Kazakh nation

Objective Analysis the relationship of uric acid and blood sugar and lipid metabolism parameters in Ka-zakh nation.Methods The blood samples were collected form January to October in the hospitals,analyzed for uric acid and blood sugar and lipid metabolism parameters.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia,hypercholesterolemia,hy-pertriglyceridemia and hyperglycemia were 10.5%,13.9%,39.5% and 11.9%.the levels of uric acid,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and fasting glucose were different between Kazak males and female,still the prevalence of hyperuricemia,＆amp;nbsp;hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperglycemia were showed gender differences （P 〈0.05）,except the triglyceride levels and the rate of hypertriglyceridemia kazak women were higher than man,others were lower than man （P 〈0.05）.High uric acid group compared with normal group,uric acid,glucolipid metabolic index and hyperuricemia, hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperglycemia were are higher than contrast groups.Conclusion In Ka-zakh nation,the uric acid and glucolipid metabolic index showed differences and has national characteristics,companying with the affect of uric acid,glucolipid metabolic index and sugar,lipid metabolic disorders also increases.Hence chan-ging lifestyle and dietary habits to early control of uric acid levels and the incidence of hyperuricemia,may be usefull to reduce the sugar,lipid metabolic disorder and cardiovascular disease and diabetes in kazak people.
