| 摘 要： | 目的检测白斑、口腔鳞状细胞癌中趋化因子CCL7的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化技术检测18例白斑、35例口腔鳞状细胞癌及11例正常口腔黏膜中趋化因子CCL7的表达。应用SPSS软件对实验结果进行卡方检验。结果口腔白斑和口腔鳞癌病变组织中CCL7的表达率分别为33.3%（6/18）、77.1%（27/35）。结论 CCL7在异常增生型白斑及口腔鳞癌中的高表达,其表达水平与白斑恶变及鳞癌的侵袭与淋巴结转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the expression of CCL7 protein in oral leukoplakia（OLK）and oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods The expression of CCL7 protein in 18 cases of OLK and in 35 cases of OSCC was exam-ined by immunohistochemical technique.The data was analyzed by Fisher,s exact test using SPSS software package.Re-sults CCL7 was positively expressed in OSCC,the positive expression rate of CCL7 protein in OLK and OSCC was 33.3%（6/18）and 77.1% （27/35）.Conclusion CCL7 is highly expressed in OSCC,and its expression is associated with the lymph nodemetastasis of OSCC. |
