摘    要:目的从藏灵菇发酵乳中分离益生乳酸菌,并研究其生理生化特性,为今后功能性乳制品的开发提供优良菌种。方法用乳酸菌分离培养基从藏灵菇发酵乳中分离乳酸菌;对分离的乳酸菌进行生理、生化鉴定和16S rRNA序列测定,并对其生长特性、耐酸及耐胆盐特性进行分析。结果从藏灵菇发酵乳中分离出两株乳酸菌LP1和LA1,初步鉴定两株乳酸菌分别为植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌;并能抵抗pH 3.0的酸性环境和0.3%-0.5%的高胆盐环境。结论植物乳杆菌LP1和嗜酸乳杆菌LA1具有较好的耐酸性和胆盐耐受力,具备作为益生菌应用的潜能。
