摘    要:目的探讨微波在肾穿刺冰余组织重制石蜡切片染色中的作用。方法应用微波技术对58例临床上怀疑急进性肾炎的肾穿刺冰余组织重制石蜡切片的标本进行染色,并与常规切片染色结果比较。结果应用微波技术的58例怀疑急进性肾炎肾穿刺冰余组织重制石蜡切片的染色结果与常规切片染色结果基本无差异。结论应用微波技术将肾穿刺冰余组织重制石蜡切片可弥补穿出的肾组织肾小球过少或缺失;制片染色省时且质量好。对临床快速准确做出病理诊断、指导治疗及判断预后有重要意义。

Research of making renal biopsy frozen tissue into paraffin through microwave technology

Abstract:Objective Investigated the effect of microwave technology in making renal biopsy frozen tissue into paraffin. Methods Selected 58 patients who are clinical suspicion of accelerated nephritis, applicated the microwave technology and dyed the paraffins which were made of frozen tissue. And then compared with the conventional ones. Results There is no difference between the paraffins being made of frozen tissue and the conventional ones. Conclusion Making renal biopsy frozen tissue into paraffin through microwave technology can make up the less or missing of renal glomerulus, which was time-saving and good quality. It was important significance to make pathological diagnosis, guide therapy and judge prognosis quickly and accurately.
