| 摘 要： | 目的研究正常脑组织和人脑胶质瘤中SphK-1的表达情况,分析SphK-1的表达与人脑胶质瘤恶性程度及病理分级的关系,探讨选择SphK-1作为抗胶质瘤治疗靶点的可能性。方法应用免疫组化法检测10例人脑正常脑组织与62例人脑胶质瘤中SphK-1的表达情况,应用统计学方法分析SphK-1的表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度的相关性。结果 SphK-1的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度、病理分级存在相关性。结论考虑到SphK-1的表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度及预后存在相关性,可以考虑SphK-1作为基因或免疫治疗的靶点的可能性。 |
