摘    要:目的了解2010年我院常见病原菌的分布和耐药特征,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法用ATB Ex-perssion进行鉴定和药敏试验,用WHONET 5.4软件进行数据分析。结果 2010年我院共获得临床分离株1 485株,其中革兰阳性菌457株,占30.8%;革兰阴性菌1 028株,占69.2%。铜绿假单胞菌,鲍曼不动杆菌,大肠埃希菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,肺炎克雷伯菌居前五位,为我院常见致病菌。大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs的检出率分别为69.88%和35.11%。铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南的耐药率分别达到33.87%和26.55%。葡萄球菌中MRSA、MRSH、MRSE检出率分别为64.54%、81.54%、80.65%。结论我院临床分离的致病菌耐药率较严重,应加强监管,临床医师应合理选用抗菌药物。

Surveillance of antibiotic resistance in pathogenic bacterial isolates from our hospital in 2010

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance isolates in our hospitol during 2010 for clinecal reference in the use of antibacterial agents. Methods ATB Experssion was used to conduct susceptibility testing. The results were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software. Results A total of 1485 bacterial isolates from our hospital in 2010, which included 457 (30. 8%) Gram-positive bacterial strains and 1028 (69. 2%) Gram-negative bacterial strains. The most common bacteria (leading the first 5 places) isolated from the specimens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Eseherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. ESBLs were produced in 69. 88% of Escherichia coli,35.11% of Klebsiella pneumoniae. 33.87% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 26.55% of Acinetobacter baumannii were resistant to Imipenem. The incidences of MRSA, MRSH and MRSE were 64. 54% ,81. 54% and 80.65% ,respectively. Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance in clinical bac:terial isolates is a very serious problem in our hospital. Antimicrobial agents should be used rationally based on the results of susceptibility testing.
