| 摘 要： | 目的研究IL-10在小儿支原体肺炎 （Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP）发病机制中的作用，为MPP的诊断治疗提供实验依据。方法通过双抗体夹心ELISA法检测MPP患儿血清IL-10水平。结果肺炎支原体肺炎MPP组血清IL-10水平明显低于健康对照组，且恢复期仍处于低水平状态。结论IL-10在MPP的发病机制中起一定作用，可能参与了MPP的原发肺部损伤和肺外并发症的形成。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the effect of these three cytokines ahove-mentioned in MPP, and reveal the immunolngical pathogenesis of MPP.Methods we compared the blood serum level of IL-10 in four groups below using ELISA method.Results The results showed, compared with the healthy children, the blood serum level of IL- 10 changed significantly in children of MPP. Conclusion IL-10 play a part in the pathogenesis of MPP,it probably participate in the primary damage in lung, and complications extrapulmonary. |
