| Abstract: | Objective] To study the order o reagents for clinical biochemical tests to promote the accuracy of tests. Methods ] The results of end method and enzyme method were compared under different conditions. Results] The improper order of reagents affected the accuracy of testing results. Conclusion] The order of reagents for clinical biochemical tests should be emphasized to further raise the accuracy of testing results. |
