EZH1、LKB1在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:目的探讨脑股质瘤组织中的Zeste增强子同系物(EZH1)蛋白、肝激酶B1(LKB1)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2015年6月~2018年6月我院收集的80例术后脑胶质瘤标本、外伤术后正常脑组织标本(正常组)80例,采用免疫组化染色方法检测两组标未中EZH1蛋白、LKB1蛋白的表达,并分析不同年龄、性别、WHO分级、瘤周脑组织水肿的肿瘤组织中EZH1蛋白、LKB1蛋白表达差异。结果:脑胶质瘤组织中的EZH1蛋白、LKB1蛋白阳性表达率分别为76.25%、52.50%,正常组的EZH1蛋白、LKB1蛋白阳性表达率分别为18.75%、80.00%,脑胶质瘤组与正常组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑胶质瘤组织中的EZH1蛋白、LKB1蛋白阳性表达率经秩相关分析,二者无相关性(r=0.116,P=0.305);脑胶质瘤组织中的EZH1蛋白在WHO分级为Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级组织中的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑胶质瘤组织中的LKB1蛋白在WHO分级为Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级、瘤周脑组织水肿的肿瘤组织+的阳性表达率低于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级、无瘤周脑组织水肿的肿瘤组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤组织中的LKB1蛋白表达下调、EZH1蛋白表达上调,并且与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。

The expression of EZH1 and LKB1 in glioma tissues and its clinical significance

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of EZH1 protein and LKB1 protein in glioma tissues and its clinical significance.Methods:80 postoperative glioma specimens and 80 normal brain tissue specimens(normal group)after trauma collected in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018were collected.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of EZH1 and LKB1 in the two groups and analysis ofwhether its expression was associated with theclinicpathological features,such asage,gender,WHO classification.Results:The positive expression rates of EZH1 protein and LKB1 protein in glioma tissues were 76.25%and 52.50%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of EZH1 protein and LKB1 protein in the normal group were 18.75%and 80.00%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of EZH1 protein and LKJB1 protein in glioma tissues were analyzed by rank correlation,and there was no correlarion between them(r=0.116,P=0.305).The positive expression rate of EZH1 protein in the glioma tissues was higher than that in the grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of LKB1 protein in glioma tissues in tumor tissues with grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ and peritumoral brain tissue edema in WHO is lower than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ tumor tissues with no tumor brain tissue edema.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LKB1 protein expression was down-regulated and EZH1 protein expression was u p-regulated in glioma tissues and correlated with the malignancy of tumors.
