血清胸苷激酶(TK1)对健康体检人员中进展期癌前病变风险进程的跟踪研究

摘    要:目的:探讨血清胸苷激酶(TK1)水平在健康体检人员中不同性别、不同年龄中的差异,以及在健康体检人员中血清胸苷激酶(TK1)的阳性率及在肿瘤早期筛查中的作用和对于进展期癌前病变恶性风险进程的跟踪研究。方法:选取1200例健康体检人员根据性别和年龄分为男性年龄(20-39岁)组、男性年龄(40-80)组;女性年龄(20-39岁)组、女性年龄(40-80)组;;应用免疫印迹-增强化学发光法检测血清胸苷激酶(TK1)水平,采用χ2及Fisher确切概率法分析。结果:TK1检测灵敏度为0.2 pmol/L-(2)男性634例,平均年龄48.5岁(22-80岁),TK1水平为0.15-54.90(1.164士2.092) pmol/L,阳性(〉=2.0)30例,阳性率4.47%;女性586例,平均年龄46.0岁(21-77岁),TK1水平为0.11-14.53(1.198±1.053)pmol/L,阳性(〉=2.0)46例,阳性率7.81%;男女性别比较P =0.069,无显著差异;(3)男性年龄(20-39岁)组TK1水平(1.023±0.661) pmol/L.男性年龄(40-80)组TKl水平((1.194±2.609) pmol/L,两组比较P=0.11,无显著差异;女性年龄(20-39岁)组TKI水平(1.19±0.825) pmol/L,女性年龄(40-80) TK1水平(1.21±1.125) pmol/ L,两组比较P=0.27.无显著差异。结论:(1) TKI水平在健康体检人员中含量差别甚远,但不同性别、不同年龄中的差异经统计学处理均无显著差异(2)TK1水平在健康体检人员中阳性率较高,表明影响TK 1的因素较多必需排除一些生理状态等因素引起的TKI水平升高(3)血清TK1表达具有很高的增殖特异性和灵敏度,因此,在肿瘤早期筛查中有重要的应用价值。
