类似于卵巢性索肿瘤的子宫肿瘤的病理特征及免疫学表型分析

目的 探讨罕见的类似于卵巢性索肿瘤的子宫肿瘤（UTROSCF）的临床病理学特征、免疫表型和组织发生学。方法 分析1例UTROSCF的临床表现，对标本进行病理学和免疫组化（SP法）染色观察。结果 肿瘤组织的性索成分包括上皮样细胞和大量的泡沫样细胞，未见子宫内膜间质。免疫组化染色显示肿瘤细胞表达性索（calretinin、Melan A、CD99和inhibin）、平滑肌和上皮标记，还表达vimentin、ER、PR、bcl-2，而CK7、CD10和CD117（-）。结论 形态学和免疫学表型支持UTROSCF是子宫少见的含真正性索成分的多表型性肿瘤，具有不确定的潜在的复发可能性。

Uterine tumors resembling ovarian sex cord tumors: a clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical study

Objective To describe the clinicopathologic features and immunophenotypic characteristics in one cases of uterine tumors resembling ovarian sex cord tumor(UTROSCT).Methods The clinical findings,morphologic features and immunohistochemical markers in one case of UTROSCT were study.Results Sex cord patterns in UTROSCT contained epithelial-like cells and foam cells.The tumor cells expressed the most recently identified markers of sex cord differentiation(calretinin,Melan A,CD99,and inhibin) and smooth muscle(desmin and smooth muscle actin),with coexpression of cytokeratin,vimentin,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,and bcl-2 immunoreactivity,and negative for CK7,CD10 and CD117.Conclusion The morphologic and immunohistochemical findings in UTROSCT strongly support that these unusual uterine tumors are polyphenotypic neoplasms with true sex cord differentiation.
