| 摘 要： | 本文对6例粘液型隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤进行了分析。该肿瘤有以下组织学特征：①肿瘤部位表浅与皮肤关系密切；②间质粘液变性；③单一的梭形和星形细胞随意排列；④细胞异型性小而分裂像较之经典的隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤增多；⑤间质血管分散无特异排列方式。诊断时，应将该肿瘤与柏液型脂肪肉瘤和粘液型恶性纤维组织细胞瘤进行鉴别。

| Abstract: | Six cases of myxoid variant of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans were analyzed. The tumors have thefollowing histologic features: 1) The location of tumor is superficial and closely related to skin; 2) rnyxoid degeneration in stroma; 3) a monotonously haphazard arrangement of spindle - shaped and stellate tumor cells; 4 ) minimal cytologic pleomorphism and more rnitotic rate than that of classic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans; 5 ) disperse pattern of vasculature without specific arrangement. When the diagnosis is made, it should be differentiatedfrom rnyxoid liposarcoma and myxoid malignant fibrous histocytoma. |
