乳腺钼靶X线立体定位细针穿刺吸取细胞学检查的意义

本文对５５例乳房良恶性疾病进行钼靶Ｘ线立体定位细针穿刺吸取细胞学分析，并与组织病理及随访结果对照，其符合率达９６％，敏感性为９２．６％，特异性为１００％。同时对其中部分病例进行细胞涂片ＤＮＡ图像分析。并与石蜡切片对照，二者的ＤＮＡ图像分析结果比较ＤＩ值呈直线相关，ｒ＝０．８９，Ｐ〈０．０１，通过这些数据提示：乳房疾病钼钼靶Ｘ线立体定位细针穿刺吸取细胞学是一种损伤小，简便，准确的诊断方法。

The significance of pathological diagnosis of breast lesion with cytological examination in fine-needle aspiration under stereotactic localization of soft X-ray mammography with molybdenum target tube

The cytological analyses of the aspirates of 55 cases with breast benign or malignant lesions in fine-needle aspiration performed under stereotactic localization of soft X - ray mammography with molybdenum target tube were made. The results were contrasted with the pathological findings of the paraffin section slides and patients'clinical follow-up. For diagnosis, our results showed a rate of consistency 96%, of sensitivity 92. 6% and specificity 100%. Part of the smears and sections of the lesions were studied by DNA image cytometry. In the comparison between the results of smear and section DNA image cytometry, it is shown that their DNA index (DI) values are linearly correlated (r=0. 89, P<0. 01). The study revealed that this method of examination is a simple, accurate and less damaging one.
