8 Hz次声对大鼠海马和颞叶皮层5-HTR表达的影响

摘    要:目的 研究 90dB/8Hz ,10 0dB/8Hz ,13 0dB/8Hz的次声对SD大鼠海马及颞叶皮层 5 羟色胺受体 (5 HTR)表达的影响。方法 大鼠分别接受 90dB/8Hz ,10 0dB/8Hz或 13 0dB/8Hz的次声作用 1,7,14 ,2 1,2 8,3 5或 42d ,每天 2h ;于相应时间点取大鼠脑组织进行 5 HTR免疫组织化学染色 ,光学显微镜下观察海马及颞叶皮层 5 HTR表达的变化。结果 次声作用组大鼠脑组织海马及颞叶皮层 5 HTR表达均较对照组减少 ,90dB组、10 0dB组以 3 5d减少最为明显 ,而 13 0dB组以 2 8d最为明显 (均P <0 .0 1) ,且 3 5d时 ,10 0dB组的表达减少较 90dB组明显 ,各组阳性表达在此后均有所回升。结论  90dB/8Hz ,10 0dB/8Hz和 13 0dB/8Hz次声可引起大鼠海马及颞叶皮层 5 HTR表达减少 ,其变化规律与次声作用参数有关 ,相同作用时间下 ,13 0dB组的变化较 10 0dB组及 90dB组的变化明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of 8Hz infrasound on the expression of 5-HTR of hippocampus and temporal cortex in rats. Methods SD rats were exposed to 8Hz, 90dB,100dB or 130dB infrasound, respectively for 2 hours daily. Then the rats' brains were taken and given stained immunohistochemically for (5-hydroxy tryptamine receptor,5-HTR). The content of 5-HTR in hippocampus and temporal cortex were detected under an optical microscope. Results The animals in the infrasound groups had less expression of 5-HTR in hippocampus and temporal cortex, and the least were at the 35th day for 90dB group and 100dB group and the 28th day for 130dB group (P<0.01), and on the 35th day, 100dB group had less expression than that of 90dB group. Then the expression of 5-HTR had an increase in each group. Conclusion The decreased expression of 5-HTR of hippocampus and temporal cortex in rats could result from exposure to infrasound of 8Hz.The changes were related to the parameter of infrasound. The 130dB group had greater change of 5-HTR in hippocampus and temporal cortex than that of 100dB and 90dB groups after exposure to infrasound for the same period of time.
