康复训练对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆与健侧海马神经元NMDA受体通道的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨康复训练对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆与健侧海马神经元NMDA受体通道动力学特性的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为模型组、康复组及正常组,分别经过康复训练后,采用细胞贴附式记录海马神经元NMDA受体的单通道电流。结果:康复训练组大鼠海马神经元NMDA受体以35pS通道短开放为主,20pS短开放和长开放通道以及35pS短开放时间和概率与正常组比较无显著意义,无正常组出现的35pS长通道;模型组以20pS通道开放为主,20pS短开放和长开放两个时间常数明显短于康复组同类通道,35pS通道短开放时间常数和开放概率也低于康复组,无35pS长开放通道。结论:康复训练促进脑梗死大鼠学习记忆能力的恢复是通过健侧海马神经元NMDA受体通道特性的改变而实现的。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of the kinetic properties of NMDA receptor channel in the hippocampal neurons in rats with cerebral infarction after rehabilitation train. Methods The male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the model group, rehabilitation group and normal group, each group applied rehabilitational training. Cell attached method was employed to record the NMDA receptor channel in the hippocampal neurons. Results The 35pS short open NMDA receptor channel existed in great majority of the hippocampal neurons of rehabilitational group.No significant difference was observed in 20pS and 35pS short open NMDA receptor channel between the rehabilitational group and normal group,no 35pS long open NMDA receptor channel existed in rehabilitational group, which were existed in normal group.The 20pS open NMDA receptor channel existed mainly in the hippocampal neurons of model group. The time of the short open and long open were significantly shorter in model group than in rehabilitational group.The open time and open probability were shorter and less in model group than in rehabilitational group. Conclusion The results suggested that the ability of learning and memory were effected by rehabilitational training, which may be accomplished by change of the characteristics of contralateral hippocampal neurons NMDA receptor channel.
