摘 要: | 目的:观察8Hz,130dB次声作用于大鼠不同时间后,大脑皮层脂质过氧化相关指标的变化,以探讨次声引起脑损伤的机理。方法:将35只Ⅱ级、雄性、SD大鼠随机分为对照组和次声作用7d,14d,21d,28d组五组,用8Hz,130dB次声作用,每天1次,每次2h,各组于最后一次作用结束后0.5-1h内取大脑皮层,制成10%的组织匀浆测定GSH-Px活性,MDA含量和SOD活性的变化。结果:与对照组相比,大鼠大脑皮层GSH-Px活性在7d组无显著性变化(P>0.05),在14d组、21d组、28d组和显著性升高(P<0.05);MDA含量在7d组、14d组有显著怀升高(P<0.05),21d组、28d组恢复至对照组水平(P>0.05);SOD活性有下降的趋势,但无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:次声作用后,引发大鼠大脑皮层组织的脂质过氧化-抗氧化反应,造成脑组织的损伤。

Effects of infrasound on the pallial lipid peroxidation in rats |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of different times of exposure to infrasound on brain tissues in rats. Methods Thirty five male SD rats were equally and randomly divided into 5 groups:a control group, and four infrasound irradiation groups in which the rats were exposed to 8 Hz, 130 dB infrasound once a day and lasted 2 hours each time. Then, the levels of pallial glutathione peroxides(GSH-Px), malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of the irradiated rats were measured 9,14,21,and 28 days, respectively after the exposure. Results In the infrasound irradiation groups, the pallial GSH-Px content was more significantly increased at 14d ( P <0.05) than that in the control group, but there was no obvious difference before 7d ( P >0.05). The content of MDA was also increased more significantly before 14 d in the infrasound groups than that in the control group( P <0.05), but after 21d, it decreased to the level of the control group( P >0.05);The activity of SOD of the infrasound was not changed as compared with the control group( P >0.05). Conclusion Based on the findings, we can make the conclusion that 8 Hz 130 dB infrasound may induce the lipid peroxidation and anti peroxidation that damage the tissues and cells resulting in harmful effect on the brain tissues and cells. |
