拉西地平（司乐平）降压效果的Meta分析

目的：分析评价拉西地平（司乐平）对原发性高血压的降压效果及不良反应。方法：运用Meta分析方法，对北京、上海、沈阳、哈尔滨及广州5个地区进行的多中心临床降压试验结果进行定量合并分析。结果：治疗6周后患者的收缩压和舒张压分别较服药前下降了28mmHg和15mmHg。主要不良反应为头晕、心痛、心悸、面色潮红等。治疗前后各项实验室检查指标未见显著改变，有1.3％受试者因不能耐受治疗而退出试验。结论：口服拉西地平治疗轻中度发性高血压病安全、有效。

Clinical study on the antihypertensive effect of lacidipine

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of lacidipine on the patients with essential hypertension.Method The total patients from 33 hospitals in 5 cities,including Shanghai,Beijing,Shenyang,Harbin and Guangzhou,attended the clinical trial.The results of the 5 clinical centres were comprehensive evaluated with Meta-analysis.Result The level of systolic blood pressure was reduced by 28 mmHg,and the diastolic blood pressure decreased by 15 mmHg with lacidipine therapy in 6 weeks later.Dizziness,headache,palpitation and flushing are more common side effects,but most symptoms were mild though 1.3% of all cases withdrew this trial.The laboratory testing had no significant changes.Conclusion Lacidipine is safe and effective as an antihypertensive drug.
