PBL教学法在临床急诊教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究临床急诊教学中PBL教学方法应用的效果。方法随机选取具有可比性的PBL教学实验班(30人)和传统教学对照班(30人),PBL教学实验班的教学采用PBL教学方法,对照班采用传统教学法,利用摸底考试和出科考试相结合的方法,进行教学效果的评估。结果PBL教学实验班学生的摸底考试成绩与传统教学班的学生考试成绩相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但PBL教学实验班学生的出科考试成绩显著优于传统教学班(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法与传统教学法相比较,突出急诊医学教学模式自身特色,充分利用有限的急诊教学资源,提高急诊临床教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) used in the course of clinical emergency medicine study. Method 60 students were randomly divided into two groups:test group(n=30) with PBL method and control group(n=30) with traditional method. After learning, the tests were used to evaluate the result. Result Before learning, there were no statistical significances in the scores between the test group and control group. After learning, the scores of test group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion PBL shows the characters of teaching of emergency medicine and enhance the teaching effect.
