| 摘 要： | 目的评价64层多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对冠状动脉狭窄显示的准确性、可靠性。方法收集32例临床怀疑冠心病的患者行64层MSCT冠状动脉成像检查,同期行冠状动脉血管造影(CAG),对两种方法评价的结果进行对照研究。结果 64层MSCT可评估率为91.53%。与SCA对照分析,评价冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值分别为98.94%、98.59%、95.88%、99.64%。结论 64层MSCT对诊断冠状动脉狭窄的具有很高的应用价值,可无创性的评估冠脉血管状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT （64-MSCT） in assessing coronary artery stenosis. Methods 32 patients with suspected coronary artery disease underwent both 64-MSCT and coronary angiography （CAG）. The findings of 64.- MSCT were compared with CAG. Results The 64-MSCT scans were evaluable in 91.53%. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the 64-MSCT in detecting coronary artery stenosis were 98.94%, 98.59%, 95.88% and 99.64%, respectively. Conclusion 64-MSCT is a valuable non-invasive method for diagnosing coronary artery stenosis. |
