| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用明胶海绵和，或PVA颗粒进行支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的临床意义。方法对25例内科治疗无效的咯血患者，包括肺结核咯血7例，支气管扩张咯血9例，煤尘肺咯血5例，肺癌咯血3例，煤尘肺合并结核1例。用明胶海绵颗粒、聚乙烯醇（PVA）颗粒进行支气管动脉栓塞。所有病例均随访2个月以上。结果所有患者均成功地进行支气管动脉栓塞，23例咯血完全控制，有效率92％（23／25），2例复发，复发率8％（2／25）。3例患者术后出现胸疼和低热，无严重的栓塞后并发症出现。结论支气管动脉栓塞术是治疗咯血的一种安全、快速、有效的方法。
