| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究高压氧(HBO)及紫外线辐射和充氧自身血液回输疗法(UBIO)的治疗作用。方法 :40例缺血性脑卒中患者被随机分为常规药物治疗组 ,HBO治疗组及UBIO治疗组 ,观察3种治疗方法对血液流变学 ,血脂及氧自由基水平的影响。结果 :HBO治疗组红细胞变形能力增强(P<0.05) ,纤维蛋白原水平降低 (P<0.05)。UBIO治疗组血小板聚集率及胆固醇水平降低 (P<0.05) ,血浆粘度比纤维蛋白原水平明显降低 (P<0.001)。常规治疗组与HBO治疗组治疗后氧自由基水平差异无显著性 ,UBIO组SOD活力升高 (P<0.05) ,MDA含量明显下降 (P<0.001)。结论 :HBO及UBIO均能降低缺血性脑卒中患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平 ,但HBO在增加红细胞变形能力 ,UBIO在降低血小板聚集性 ,血粘度以及抗氧自由基方面更为突出。

| Abstract: | objective:Studied On therapeutic effect of patients with ischemic stroke in Hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)and ultiaviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) . Methods:40 patients ischemica stroke were divided into routine group(control group,C) HBO group,and UBIO group.Hemorrhology,Lipemia and free redical were investigated in several different groups.Results:Fibrinogen was decreased and ability of alteration of red blood cells was increased in HBO group (P< 0.05) ,fibrinogen, plasma viscosity,coagutation of platelets and total cholesterol were decreased,free radical was eliminated obviously .Conclusion:The efficacy of therapy in UBIO group was better than in HBO group,The auther disscussed the trend of ischemic stroke therapy |
