摘    要:目的:研究运动康复对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆功能的影响,为运动训练改善脑梗死患者学习记忆提供理论依据。方法:wister大脑中动脉缺血梗死雄性大鼠模型,随机分为康复训练组、模型组和自由活动组。康复组于术后第4d给予平衡、抓握、行走及水迷宫训练;模型组于普通笼内饲养;自由组可在康复训练器材上自由爬行但不给予强制训练。检测4周后3组大鼠在Y-迷宫和一次性被动回避反应中的学习和记忆能力。结果:康复组在Y-迷宫分辨学习能力和一次性被动回避反应记忆能力的检测均优于模型组和自由组(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练可促进脑梗死大鼠学习记忆能力的恢复。

Abstract:AIM:To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the study and memory functional recovery of the cerebral ischemia rats. METHODS:The rat models of middle cerebral artery(MCA) focal cerebral ischemia were established with the suture method in the study.They were divided into rehabilitation training groups ;model groups and free groups(n=8).4 days after ischemia ,rehabilitation groups were given balancing,grasping,walking and water maze exercises everyday ;Model groups which were feeded in normal cages ;Free groups were not given training but let them free activation.The ability to study and to remember were detected in two groups after 4 weeks. RESULTS:The ability of discrimination learning in Y maze and memory in passive avoidance of rehabilitation groups showed more recovery than the model groups and free groups. CONCLUSIONS:Rehabilitation training could accelerate the recovery of the ability to study and to remember.
