膨体聚四氟乙烯作为软组织内充填材料的生物相容性研究

摘    要:目的比较膨体聚四氟乙烯(expandedpolytetrafluroethlene,ePTFE)和加成型硅橡胶材料的生物相容性。方法将ePTFE和加成型硅橡胶分别植入家兔眶间部皮下和背部肌肉内,实验采用自体对照。术后首先观察植入部位愈合情况,然后分别在4周、8周及16周取材,组织学观察其生物相容性。结果ePTFE组的愈合情况优于加成型硅橡胶组,未见血肿形成、感染及排出。组织学观察,组织逐渐深入ePTFE孔隙中,ePTFE组没有长期的炎症反应,几乎没有异物反应。结论ePTFE材料具有良好的组织相容性,允许组织向内生长,适合作为软组织内充填材料。

Abstract:Objective To observe histocompatibility of expanded polytetrafluroethlene(ePTFE) and addition-type solid silicone in rabbits. Method Embeding ePTFE and addition-type solid silicone into inter-orbit subcutaneous tissue and muscle of the back respectively. Observed healing state of receptor sites. The specimens obtained on 4, 8, 16 weeks were observed in order to investigate the histological changes respectively. Results The healing state of group ePTFE was better than group silicone. There were not hematom, infection and ejection in group ePTFE. Histological observation showed tissues grew into ePTFE holes gradually. There was no long-range imflammatory reaction and foreign body reaction in group ePTFE. Conclusion EPTFE has excellent histocompatibility, tissues can grow into it, it is a suitable soft tissue augmentation material.
