针灸、穴位封闭并中药综合治疗痴呆症103例

背景目前国内外对痴呆症的研究报道很多,治疗方法不尽一致,其疗效因方法不同结果不尽一致.目的观察针灸、穴位封闭并中药综合疗法治疗痴呆症的疗效.设计自身对照研究.地点和对象1994-09/2001-12山西省脑瘫康复医院痴呆症住院103例患者.其中AD患者48例,血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)患者46例,混合性痴呆患者9例,男45例,女58例.干预103例痴呆症患者采用针灸(头针、体针、耳针)、穴位药物封闭、中药和功能训练综合治疗方法.主要观察指标简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)评分及疗效结果.结果AD患者治疗后MMSE评分为(18.5±2.4)分,VD患者为(17.0±2.1)分,混合性痴呆患者为(17.5±2.3)分,差异无统计学意义(F=0.0020,P＞0.05),该方法治疗显示总有效率为71%.结论穴位封闭、病灶相对应头皮区封闭、可起到针刺、激活药物双重作用,对提高疗效有积极作用.

Treatment of 103 cases with dementia with combination of acupuncture,acupoint block and traditional Chinese pharmacy

BACKGROUND:Senile dementia is a commonly researched disease world wide.However,therapeutic methodsdiffer, so the therapeutic results vary.OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of the combination of acupuncture, acupoint block and traditional Chinese pharmacy on dementia.DESIGN: Self-controlled study.SETTING and PARTICIPANTS: A total of 103 inpatients with dementia who were admitted from September 1994 to December 2001 in Shanxi Provincial Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation. Of which included were 48 patients with Alzheimer disease(AD), 46 with vascular dementia(VD) and 9 with mixed dementia, 45 males and 58 females.INTERVENTIONS: A total of 103 patients with dementia were treated by comprehensively using acupuncture(scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture and ear acupuncture),acupoint block with medicine, traditional Chinese pharmacy and functional training.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The score of mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and therapeutic effects.RESULTS: The score of MMSE in AD patients after treatment was 18.5± 2.4, and that in VD patients was 17.0 ±2. 1,and that in mixed dementia patients was 17.5 ± 2. 3.There was no significant difference ( F = 0. 002 0,P> 0.05). The total effective rate of the cases was71%.CONCLUSION: Acupoint block and the block to the scalp area corre sponding to focus can get double results of acupuncture and drug activation,and thereby improve the therapeutic effects.
