影响初发脑卒中病人早期康复的心理社会因素探讨

目的分析探讨影响初发脑卒中病人早期康复的心理社会因素。方法评定38例初发脑卒中病人在脑卒中早期的日常生活活动(ADL)变化,并调查记录病人有关的心理社会变量进行回归分析。结果年龄和抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪对病人早期的ADL恢复有负面的影响;认知水平、婚姻、家庭和社会支持、文化程度,以及对脑卒中的认识程度与病人早期的ADL恢复呈正相关关系。结论在早期的脑卒中康复治疗中,应注意及时发现那些影响患者康复的不良因素,提高病人以及脑卒中高危人群对脑卒中的认识,给予脑卒中病人积极的家庭和社会支持。

Analysis of the psychosocial factors that influent the early rehabilitation of the first stroke patients

Objective To study and analyze the psychosocial factors that influent the early rehabilitation of the first stroke patients. Methods Evaluate the ADL change of 38 inpatients with first stroke in their early stage of stroke, meanwhile, investigate a series psychosocial factors of the patients. Then the psychosocial factors that influent the early rehabilitation of the first stroke patients were found by the way of logistic regression. Results Age and poor emotions such as depression and anxiety were not benefit to the ADL recovery in the early stroke, while the patients' cognitive degree, marriage, the support of their families and society, educational level and the knowledge of stroke were positive relative to the ADL recovery in the early stroke. Conclusion In the early rehabilitation stage of stroke, the poor psychosocial factors should be avoided, and the patients' knowledge of stroke should be improved, and the optimized social and family support should be given so that to get a better rehabilitation in the early stroke.
