摘    要:目的:为了客观评价痛温觉障碍。方法:应用电刺激对15位健康人进行电刺激痛觉相关诱发电位(electricalpain-relatedevokedpotentials,EPREPs)研究。结果:确定了EPREPs的方法学、正常值及其神经传导纤维,阐明其临床应用范围。结论:EPREPs是一项简单、实用、客观的评价痛温觉障碍的方法,有临床应用价值,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:Estimate objectively pain and warm sense obstacle.Methods:15 healthy People recieved electrical stimulation for studying electrical pain-related evoked potentials (EPREPs).Results:Establish the methodology of EPREPs and normal values and nerve conduction fiber;explain clinical application rang of EPREPs.Conclusion:EPREPs is a simple,practical and objective method for estimating pain and warm sense obstacle;EPREPs has the value of clinical application and it is wonthwhile for us to further study EPREPs.
