| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨不同负荷运动量对血清睾酮 (T)、游离睾酮 (FT)和皮质醇 (C)浓度的影响。方法 :对16名摔跤运动员训练当日晨 ,训练前 ,训练后即刻 ,次日晨和再次日晨抽取血液标本。结果 :小强度训练变化不明显 ,中、大强度训练前后血清T、FT和C均有明显变化。结论 :血清T、FT和C可作为观察运动量的指标。
