脑卒中功能恢复程度与家庭因素的相关性研究

目的探讨脑卒中功能恢复的程度与家庭因素之间的联系。方法采用日常生活独立活动能力量表(ADL)和改良长谷川简易智能量表(HDS-R),对日本黎明乡康复医院31例年龄(64±10)岁的脑卒中患者,在住院康复期间的ADL和HDS-R,分3个阶段评定,并对结果进行统计处理。结果(1)家庭理解可促进患者康复期间ADL和HDS-R的恢复(P<0.05)。(2)康复回归后的社会角色,对在院康复期间智能的恢复有明显的影响(P<0.05),对ADL有显著性改善(P<0.01)。(3)探视次数对脑卒中后功能有促进恢复的倾向(P<0.05)。结论家庭因素可以干预脑卒中功能恢复的程度。

The association between functional recovery from cerebral apoplexy and family-related factors

Objective To investigate the extent to which a p atient can recover from the sequelae to cerebral apoplexy.Methods The rehabilitation period of the 31patients was divided into 3separate phases,The recovery of cerebral functio n in these patients was assessed for each of the three phases according AD L and HDS-R.Results(1)The and support on the part of the fami ly members would promote the functional recovery as manifested b y increased ADL and HDS-R scorings(P<0.05);(2)The improvement of dementia depends to a large measure on what a social role the patient will play after discharge;(3)Frequent visits by family members pr omote the recovery from cerebral apoplexy(P<0.01).Conclusion The family-related factors may affe ct the recovery process.
