摘    要:采用生物矿化交替沉积法制备了胶原蛋白-壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石复合组织引导再生膜材料,用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及INSTRON-5865力学实验机等方法对膜材料性能进行了分析表征.结果表明:交替沉积可制备在晶相组成、化学成分、羟基磷灰石尺寸上具有类骨结构的羟基磷灰石涂层;随沉积次数增加,羟基磷灰石形态发生改变,组织引导再生膜力学性能呈下降趋势,沉积5次后拉伸强度为23.67 MPa,仍优于纯胶原膜,适作组织引导再生膜.

Characterization of collagen-chitosan/hydroxyapatite composite membrane for guided tissue regeneration
Abstract:A novel kind of guided tissue regeneration barrier membrane has been fabricated using an alternate soaking technique on collagen and chitosan composite membranes. The prepared guided tissue regeneration membranes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, end scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanical property was tested by INSTRON-5865. The results showed that collagen-chitosan/hydroxyapatite membrane were similar to natural bone structure in crystal phase, chemical composition, and crystal size; the morphology and content of hydroxyapatite gradually transformed with increasing immersion cycles in calcium and phosphate solutions, which lead to the tensile strength of collagen-chitosan/hydroxyapatite reduced to 23.67 MPa after five immersion cycles. The results also indicated that collagen-chitosan/hydroxyapatite membrane had better mechanical property than pure collagen membrane; therefore, it is a potential candidate as guided tissue regeneration membrane.
