肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗和血浆第八辅因子水平的相关性研究

目的研究肥胖病人与正常人之间体脂参数、代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗的程度及血浆第八辅因子(vWF)水平的变化,探讨肥胖病人的代谢特点、胰岛素抵抗与血管内皮损伤的关系。方法对59例肥胖患者和49例正常人分别进行血压、体脂参数、血糖、血脂谱、血浆vWF水平的测定;采用稳定模式评估法评价胰岛素抵抗的程度。结果肥胖组腰围、臀围、腰臀围比、血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白低于对照组,空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR明显高于对照组,vWF水平高于对照。结论肥胖病人存在明显体脂分布异常、胰岛素抵抗、血压改变及代谢紊乱,且肥胖病人有血管内皮损伤存在,而血管内皮损伤可能是多种因素综合作用结果。

The study of relationship between in sulin resistance and plasma vWF in obesity

Objective To investigate the changes of body fa t parameter,metabolic parameter,i nsulin resistance and vWF in plasma between obesity and normal control.To explore associating between insu lin resistance and endothelial repair in obesity.Methods BP,BMI,Waist,WHR,FPG,lipid metabolic parameters,FIN,vWF and insulin resistance index were analyzed in 59obese s ubjects and 49normal controls.Results Compared With control group ,the obese subjects had a higher W,H,WHR,BP,TC,TG,LDL and a lower HDL .The obese subjects had a higher fasting insulin level and HOMA-IR value than the con trol group.The obese subjects had a h igher vWF level than control subjects.Conclusion There are insulin resistance,abnormal body fat distribution,changes o f blood pressure and metabolic disorder in obese subjects.The increase of vWF in obese subjects indicated endothelial re pair.
