针刺对肥胖大鼠瘦素和胰岛素含量的影响

目的探讨针刺对肥胖机体瘦素和胰岛素含量及其血脑转运的作用.方法将1月龄刚断乳SD雄性大鼠分为正常组、针刺组和对照组,观察针刺治疗前后肥胖大鼠体质量、体脂及中枢和外周瘦素和胰岛素水平的变化.结果肥胖大鼠体质量、体脂及血清瘦素和胰岛素水平均显著高于正常大鼠,而下丘脑瘦素和胰岛素水平均显著低于正常大鼠.针刺治疗取得良好减肥疗效的同时,针刺组肥胖大鼠血清瘦素和胰岛素水平(13.43±1.85)μg/L,(66.92±24.71)mIU/L]与对照组(17.23±3.07)μg/L,(172.40±74.99)mIU/L]比较,均明显回降(P＜0.05和0.01),而下丘脑瘦素和胰岛素水平却明显升高(P＜0.01和＜0.05).大鼠体质量与血中瘦素呈显著正相关(r=0.677,P＜0.01);血清瘦素与胰岛素含量呈明显正相关(r=0.538,P＜0.05).结论针刺对肥胖机体下丘脑和血中瘦素和胰岛素水平的良性调整作用可能是改善瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗以及调整异常的内分泌代谢的一个重要环节.这种作用可能是针刺减肥的关键因素之一.

Effect of acupuncture on contents of leptin and insulin in obese rats

AIM: To explore the effect of acupuncture on the contents and blood-brain transport of leptin and insulin in obese organism.METHODS: Male SD rats, one-month old, were divided into normal group,acupuncture group and control group. The changes of body mass, body fat, the level of central and peripheral serum leptin and insulin in obese rats were observed before and after acupuncture.RESULTS: The body mass, body fat, the level of serum leptin and insulin in the obese rats were all markedly higher than those in the normal rats, but the levels of hypothalamic leptin and insulin in obese rats were all lower than those of normal rats. After acupuncture treatment, the marked losing effect of body mass was achieved, the levels of serum leptin and insulin in the acupuncture group(13.43 + 1.85) μg /L, (66.92+24.71) mIU/L]were obviously decreased compared with those in the control group (17.23+3.07) μg /L, (172.40+74.99) mIU/L] (P ＜0.05,0.01),while the levels of hypothalamic leptin and insulin in the acupuncture group and the control group were all obviously increased( P ＜ 0.01, P ＜ 0.05).There was significantly positive correlation between body mass and serum leptin ( r = 0.677, P ＜ 0.01 ), and obviously positive correlation between serum leptin and insulin( r =0. 538, P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION: The good regulation of acupuncture on levels of hypothalamic and serum leptin and insulin possibly is an important link in improving the resistance of leptin and insulin as well as regulation abnormal metabolism in obese organism. The effective regulation is possibly the key factors in the anti-obesity of acupuncture.
