| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察疗养前后血压及临床症状的改变,探讨海滨综合疗养对军队在职干部高血压病患者的康复作用。方法将来南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院疗养的323例军队在职干部高血压患者按自愿原则分成两组:单纯疗养模式组137例,仅作单纯海滨综合疗养;加用海水体疗模式组186例,在参加单纯海滨综合疗养的基础上,加用海水中康复体疗操的干预治疗。疗养1个月后,监测两组疗养前后的血压及临床症状,并作前后和组间对比。结果与疗前比较,血压及临床症状海水浴体疗组差异有统计学意义(P0.01),常规组差异有统计学意义(P0.01～0.05);两组疗养后比较,体疗组较常规组疗效更为显著(P0.01～0.05)。结论海滨综合疗养对军队在职干部高血压病患者血压及症状的改善起到积极的治疗和康复作用,其中海水中康复体疗操效果显著优于常规疗养,是一种非药物治疗和改善高血压病的有效方法。
