随着护理模式的转变,各地医疗机构深入践行优质服务,不断创新人文关怀,加强护理文化建设,提高服务效益。"十一五"期间我院护理团队结合实践内练业务素质,外塑职业形象,不断完善服务项目,延伸服务内涵,拓宽服务领域,实施人性化、个性化的优质服务,实现了由践行优质服务到打造服务品牌过程的跃升。在新军事形势下,我们将在"以疗养员需求为中心"的优质服务基础上,逐渐形成护理服务的特色与品质,为进一步提高核心竞争力,保障部队战斗力打下坚实的基础。

Briefly discuss on practice and progress of high quality of nursing service

With the transformation of nursing mode,local medical institutions carry out high-quality service,innovate humanistic care continually,reinforce the construction of nursing culture and improve the service benefit.Based on experiences in practice,our nursing team made an effort to improve interior profession ability and exterior profession image,complete service projects unceasingly,extend service contents,widen service domain and carry out high-quality service of humanization and individuation during ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂.We have promoted the overall level from practising high-quality service to building service brand.Under the new military situation,we should gradually form characteristic and quality of nursing service based on the high-quality service ＂taking recuperators demand as the center＂,so as to increase the core competition and battle effectiveness further.
