| 摘 要： | 目的：观察正常孕妇、细菌性阴道病孕妇阴道乳酸杆菌的分布及H2O2阳性乳酸杆菌对妊娠结局的影响。方法：采用生物化学的方法对孕妇阴道内乳酸杆菌进行鉴定,观察H2O2阳性乳酸杆菌的分布及其对妊娠结局的影响。结果：正常孕妇阴道内H2O2阳性乳酸杆菌的检出率明显高于细菌性阴道病孕妇。H2O2阳性乳酸杆菌能降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。结论：H2O2阳性乳酸杆菌在防御孕妇阴道感染、降低不良妊娠结局发病率中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the significance of the changes of vaginal lactobacilli in normal pregnant women and those with bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods:Lactobacilli species were identified by use of biochemical method,acquired the distribution of lactobacillus in the vagina of pregnant women,compared ability of producing H2O2.Result:The frequency of isolation for H2O2-positive lactobacilli in vagina of health pregnant women was significantly higher than vaginas of BV;The presence of H2O2-positive lactobacilli in the vagina of pregnant women was associated with a reduced risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Conclusion:H2O2-positive lactobacilli play an important role in prevention from vaginal infections and adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women. |
